How we work

No surprises, and no discoveryphase that never ends.

Five steps. Each one has a duration, a list of what we need from you, and a list of what you get back. You can read the whole thing before you talk to us — that is rather the point.

The five steps

What happens,and when.

Durations are working days for the first four. The fifth does not end.

  1. Step 01

    Audit

    Days 1–2

Before anything is proposed, we look at what is actually happening: how conversions are tracked, what each channel really costs, what the unit economics allow and what competitors are doing. Findings, not opinions — and yours whether or not you go further.

    What we need

    • Ad account access (Meta, Google)
    • Analytics and Search Console access
    • Revenue targets and margin per sale

    What you get

    • Tracking and attribution audit
    • Competitor advertising analysis
    • Conversion gap report on the site
    • Prioritised opportunity brief
  2. Step 02

    Strategy

    Days 3–5

The audit says what is wrong. This decides what to do about it, in what order, and what each change is expected to move. Signed off before anything gets built, so nobody is surprised by an invoice or a direction.

    What we need

    • Brand assets and tone guidelines
    • Product or service margins
    • Sign-off on the priority order

    What you get

    • Channel plan with budget allocation
    • Funnel and landing-page architecture
    • Measurement plan — what counts as a win
    • 90-day roadmap
  3. Step 03

    Build

    Days 6–9

Campaigns, pages, creative and tracking, built to the plan and tested before anything spends. Nothing launches that cannot be measured — which sounds obvious and is the single most common reason an account cannot be diagnosed later.

    What we need

    • Product or service detail
    • Any existing creative worth reusing
    • Domain and hosting access if pages are involved

    What you get

    • Campaign structure, built and reviewed
    • Landing pages, or fixes to existing ones
    • Creative and ad copy, first round
    • Conversion tracking, verified end to end
  4. Step 04

    Launch

    Day 10

Live, at a deliberate budget rather than the full one. The first week is about confirming the tracking agrees with reality — a campaign scaled before that check is a campaign scaling an error.

    What we need

    • Final approval on creative and copy
    • Confirmed daily budget

    What you get

    • Campaigns live across agreed channels
    • Dashboard access from day one
    • A written note of what to expect in week one
  5. Step 05

    Optimise

    Week 2 onward

Weekly on the account, monthly on the business. Search terms, creative, bids and pages get changed on evidence rather than on a schedule, and budget only increases once the unit economics say it should.

    What we need

    • Thirty minutes a month for a review call
    • A heads-up on stock, capacity or pricing changes

    What you get

    • Weekly written digest — what changed, why
    • Monthly business review, not a metrics dump
    • One named next action, prioritised
    • Scaling plan once the economics validate

In practice

Ten working daysfrom accessto live.

That is the paid-media path. Websites and stores run longer — three to five weeks for a business site, five to eight for ecommerce — because a build cannot be compressed the way a campaign launch can.

  1. Live day 10

    Paid media

    Google Ads, Meta Ads

  2. Days 6–14

    Landing pages

    Built alongside the campaigns

  3. 3–5 weeks

    Website or store

    Full build

  4. 3–6 months to matter

    SEO

    Foundation first, then content

Drawn against the upper end of each published range. Ranges come from the service pages and the FAQ, not from a best case.

FAQ

Budget, timing and what reporting actually looks like.

  • For paid media, initial results typically appear within 2–4 weeks of launch. Consistent, optimised performance arrives at weeks 6–8. SEO compounds over 4–12 months.

  • Our management starts from ₹15,000–₹18,000/month. For ad spend, we recommend a minimum of ₹25,000–50,000/month depending on the channel.

  • Yes — we have deep experience in the Odisha market across Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri, Rourkela and throughout Odisha.

  • Every client gets a live revenue dashboard, weekly written digests and a monthly strategy call. We report on business outcomes — leads, sales, ROAS — not impressions and clicks.

  • Yes. Creative strategy and production is a core part of every Meta Ads engagement — hooks, scripts, visuals and copy with systematic A/B testing.

  • Yes — we audit existing accounts, identify what's working, cut what isn't, and build a scaling plan based on validated unit economics.

Step one isa conversation.

Forty-five minutes. We look at what you have, tell you what we would do first, and you decide whether the audit is worth starting.
